Young people and drugs - a legal overview (30/10/2003)

As involvement with drugs rises amongst young people under the age of 18, this study looks at the various national laws across the EU and candidate countries that aim to address this issue. The study concentrates on legislation covering three aspects: the minor as a victim, the minor as a dealer and the minor as a user.
